Make a difference

For Nekoosa is a nonprofit organization dedicated to bringing people together and creating memorable experiences for families in our community. Our organization is operated entirely by volunteers, and no one receives financial compensation for their involvement.
 
Throughout the year, For Nekoosa organizes four major community events:
 
- Nekoosa Walleye Days
- Nekoosa Easter Egg Hunt & 5K Run
- Nekoosa Midwest Fest
- Nekoosa Hometown Christmas, Riverside Lights & Santa Visits
 
We work hard to keep these events free or affordable so that everyone has an opportunity to participate. This would not be possible without the generosity of local businesses, community members, and volunteers.
